Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing you on behalf of Peter T. Santilli, a military veteran and journalist currently under indictment in the US District Court of Nevada for reporting on the Bundy protest in 2014.
I work with thousands of people, commonly referred to as Targeted Individuals, and we are very grateful to Mr. Santilli for exposing the human rights violations carried out against us by criminal elements within the power elite (unrelated to the Bundy case). We suffer under a program that is the evolution and expansion of MK-ULTRA, and we are cruelly victimized through the use of sly repression tactics, organized stalking, and stealth weaponry. Society needs a journalist, like Mr. Santilli, speaking up about these crimes of the Shadow Government, as award-winning journalist Glenn Greenwald terms it.
Mr. Santilli’s multi-hour news broadcasts total 1,100 plus episodes, which span over four years. More than 70,000 people subscribe to his channel, and he has amassed in excess of 23 MILLION cumulative views. He should be seen and treated as a true journalist. Even his detractors, ranging from political non-profits to Fox News, refer to him as such. Therefore, I urge you to treat his presence at the Bundy protest as an act of reporting, protected under the first amendment.
For the sake of comparison, consider what’s been going on recently in America. The mainstream media has been fixated on the massive protests and rallies surrounding the election of Donald Trump. Streets have been blocked, violence has broken out, and all sorts of chaos has ensued. I mention this because, what defense attorney isn’t going to paint what the Bundys did as a smaller, tamer, and more rural version of what’s happening daily as I write this? Furthermore, said attorney is bound to paint Santilli’s arrest as the equivalent of a reporter from CNN or MSNBC, covering these massive anti-Trump demonstrations, being arrested for making pro-Clinton comments while on the scene.
I’m a Texan, and I have a soft-spot for ranchers, but I understand how you can claim the Bundys might have violated the law. They’d probably be better off being tried with Mr. Santilli, because association with an embedded journalist would likely give more legitimacy to their actions. As a result, I’m conflicted in writing this letter. However, three of my family members were killed through MK-ULTRA, so I’m obligated to them and my colleagues to petition on the behalf of Mr. Santilli first and foremost.
Therefore, I urge you to follow the lead of the court in Oregon; I urge you to follow the Constitutional analysis of the ACLU; and I urge you to follow what’s surely becoming the consensus in the nation; and support the dismissal of the charges against Mr. Santilli.
Thank you for your consideration.
[Note: We are holding a peaceful rally to raise awareness of Mr. Santilli's plight on Friday, December 9, 2016, from 11 AM until sunset, in front of the Federal Justice Tower in Las Vegas, NV. All intellectuals, patriots, constitutionalists, journalists, informed citizens, and persons of integrity -- not just targeted individuals and Bundy supporters -- are urged to attend. Please visit FreedomSOS.com/Pete for all of the details; you can also RSVP to the Meetup for all of the latest updates (optional): Targeted Individual Awareness Meetup]
I am a Targeted Individual ("TI"). I am trying to raise awareness of the subject and combat disinformation. We all want these human rights abuses to end immediately. Please email your targeted individual experiences and testaments to me. You can find my testament on the about page of this site.
